After a whirlwind St. Patrick’s Day, Cleary Irish Dance brought 22 dancers to Glasgow, Scotland to represent the Western Region and Team USA at the World Irish Dance Championships. 14 solo dancers and 3 teams of eight competed for nine days at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow City against the very best dancers in the world, who traveled from as far as South Africa and Hong Kong.
Team Cleary is delighted to be returning to Los Angeles with 29 medals from the World Championships, including 27 World Medals and 2 additional recall medals. The results are as follows:

6th place (WMH) - Senior Ladies Ceili U19
6th place (WMH) - Junior Girls Ceili U16
9th place (WMH) - Jonathan Shirley Boys U12

28th place - Erin Armstrong Ladies U20

41st place - Hunter Grenier Ladies U23
53rd place - Shannon Scott Ladies 23&O
