Class Registration Policy

By accepting, you and/or your child acknowledges that participation in Irish Dancing may result in physical injury and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless The St. Ambrose Irish Dance Association, Inc., Cleary Irish Dance, Margaret Cleary, Katherine Dean, dance instructors, participants and owners/lessors of dance locations for any claims and actions, in law or in equity, arising of any Irish dance related activities whatsoever. Photography Consent

​

By accepting, you give permission to Cleary Irish Dance representatives to take and use: photographs and/or digital images of you or your child for use in news releases and/or promotional materials. COVID 19/Disease Waiver

By accepting, you acknowledge and agree that you have read the provisions in the waiver including the risks of presence and participation and your personal responsibilities to adhering to the rules and regulations for protection against communicable diseases.
