Need a space to rehearse, practice, or hold a private class?

Cleary Irish Dance has limited rental availability.

Conveniently located in "Media City," we offer one of the only rental dance studios in Burbank. Our building houses two fully fitted rehearsal rooms - Studio A and B - a waiting room, 2 bathrooms and plenty of free parking.

Studio A Features:

  • 50 ft x 40 ft (2,000 ft²) fully sprung professional dance floor (Tap and Flamenco friendly) with 18ft ceiling

  • full length 8ft mirrors 

  • full blue tooth connective sound system 

  • bathroom within studio

  • benches and storage 

  • skylights for natural light

  • air conditioned

  • full black out shades to waiting room

  • $75/hour

 

Studio B Features:

  • 25 ft x 15 ft (375 ft²) marlay covered dance floor (Tap and Flamenco friendly)

  • 6ft mirrors 

  • blue tooth connective sound system 

  • air conditioned

  • $30/hour
